Bookings: Bookings can be made by phone, email, post or made online - we accept Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard), cheques, money orders.
Check-in - after 1pm low season - earlier by prior arrangement: 2pm in mid and peak season
Check-out - 10am at latest (NSW time) - later by prior arrangement (fee applies).
Deposits - Low & Mid Season $50 per site or $150 per cabin/villa.
Deposits - Peak Season $150 sites or $300 cabins/villas - balance 90 day prior to arrival (unless by prior arrangement) Further deposits may be made prior to arrival. Deposit - Low Season less than 4 nights - one nights deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Stays cut short due to weather or illness - no refund. Management reserves the right to change site or cabin/villa allocations as required. Confirmed sites will only be held 24 hrs after arrival day - unless by prior arrangment. Cancellation notices are required in writing or by email. Low & Mid Season Cancellations received in writing over 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 administration fee. Cancellations received in writing less than 30 days prior to arrival - no refund on deposit. Peak Season Cancellations - No refunds given on Peak Season bookings unless the entire period is rebooked. Rebooking of cancelled periods with more than 30 days notice incur a $50 administration fee.
